Start by submitting your piece through CRUDDA Studio for a free estimate. If you decide to move forward, the $200 CAD deposit begins the 3D design process.

01 — START IN CRUDDA STUDIO

GET YOUR ESTIMATE

Submit your design idea, preferred size, metal, stones, budget and other details through CRUDDA Studio. Using Studio and receiving your initial estimated price range is free.

02 — DESIGN

$200 CAD DEPOSIT

If you decide to move forward, the $200 non-refundable CAD deposit starts your 3D design. The deposit is credited toward your piece if you proceed to production.

03 — CAD

REVIEW YOUR DESIGN

Your initial CAD is typically ready in about 2 business days. Two revisions are included, and revisions may take up to 5 business days depending on the requested changes.

04 — APPROVAL

CONFIRM YOUR CAD

Review and approve the final dimensions, construction, stone layout and overall design. Once production begins, design changes can no longer be made.

05 — PRODUCTION

75% TO BEGIN

After CAD approval, 75% of the production balance is due to begin manufacturing. Most custom pieces take approximately 2–3 weeks. More complex projects may take approximately 3–6 weeks.

06 — COMPLETION

FINAL 25%

Once your piece is finished, completed photos are provided. The remaining 25% balance is then due before delivery.

07 — DELIVERY

SHIPPING OR NYC PICKUP

After the final balance is paid, your piece is prepared for shipping or eligible NYC pickup.

Your CRUDDA Studio estimate is not the final custom price. Final pricing is confirmed once the design specifications are finalized through the CAD process. The $200 CAD deposit is for the 3D design process and is not the total cost of the jewelry.

Yes. You can submit the details of your custom piece through CRUDDA Studio and receive an estimated price range for free. The $200 CAD deposit is only required if you decide to move forward with the 3D design process.
No. The Studio estimate is based on the information you submit and gives you an estimated price range. Final custom pricing is confirmed once the design specifications are finalized through the CAD process.

Yes. Eligible completed orders can be arranged for NYC pickup after the final balance has been paid.
Yes. Custom pieces can be shipped after completion and final payment.
